A personal experiment in building a product end-to-end with AI tooling: where a PM’s instinct for product meets hands-on craft.
Why I built it
I believe the best product leaders stay close to the craft. This project was my way to learn the new generation of AI-assisted building tools firsthand — not from a deck, but by shipping.
It’s equal parts curiosity and conviction: understanding what’s newly possible when anyone with taste and intent can build.
Building games and apps with AI is also an excellent starting project to show my kid, firsthand, what AI is capable of.
What I took away
• Discovery still wins. The tools accelerate building, but knowing what to build — and why — is the hard part.
• Taste scales. AI removes the friction of execution; judgment and craft become the differentiator.
• Shipping teaches. Building end-to-end gave me sharper empathy for the teams I lead and the trade-offs they make.
